As modern technology creates better ways to improve our comfort at home in all weather conditions,our home has become a better place to live for a large number of uninvited guests. As we seal our home's against the elements of nature we are inadvertently creating an environment that is hazardous to our health. Unfortunately just about everything we buy in our homes contains some form of chemical and those chemicals slowly leach out of the product we buy and circulate around the house. Our houses are sealed so well that the chemicals become concentrated and this in turn creates health problems for all of us. Conventional vacuum cleaners only disturb these minute particles and blow them around the room allowing them to settle on our furniture again.
Add to this problem the DUST MITE. One gram of dust can contain 500 mites, a double bed can easily hold 2 million mites and a 6 year old pillow could contain up to 1 tenth it's weight in mite, dead mites and mite droppings. The average mite produces about 20 highly allergic fecal pellets per day. The fecal matter is very light and can remain airborne for hours and once again conventional vacuum cleaners are unable to trap these particles in the bag thus allowing these harmful allergens to blow freely out behind you as you supposedly clean your house.
Only a central vacuum system removes all the air collected during cleaning .
